What was the event about?

Thriving in Times of Upheaval.  In a world that often feels like it's in constant flux, it's crucial to find strength and resilience within ourselves.  Unresolved pain and heartache can leave deep emotional scars that ripple through generations.  How can we transform ancestral suffering into profound healing?

Eighty people joined us online and in person on an experiential journey of interactive dialogues, creative activities and music in healing intergenerational heart wounds.

Inspiring Conversations!

Matthew Earl is a graduate in Genetics, and former self-described "spiritual sceptic", who discovered meditation on his personal growth journey. Its profound impact gave him a strong purpose to share the practical techniques that transformed his life. For over two decades, Matthew has guided students through courses, talks, workshops, retreats and exhibitions, both in the UK and internationally. Currently based in London, working most recently as Head of Business Growth, his unique blend of experience allows him to connect with a diverse audience, effectively translating the power of Raja Yoga Meditation into practical applications you can use every day.

Listen to Our Special Musical Guest!

Lacky C, is based in Loughborough and loves songwriting and rapping. He started creating songs when he was a teenager, when he found it therapeutic as a coping mechanism for being bullied. Now he enjoys it as a way of expressing himself and connecting with himself. His inspiration for songwriting is life in general, what is happening to him or putting himself in someone else's shoes and telling their stories.

Lacky works full time with people with special needs. He takes them out for recreational activities. He finds that the patience, calmness and flexibility that he has developed through Raja Yoga meditation help him in his work.

Lacky decided to start Raja Yoga meditation after seeing the transformation it brought in his mother when he was a teenager. He found that it helped him to cope with bullying by enabling him to develop self-respect.  The thing he has found most useful on his spiritual journey is to understand that he is a spiritual being, a soul, not a physical being. He finds that very reassuring to know.

His top tips are to make peace your priority, invest time in yourself and practice using your inner virtues.

Interactive Workshops: Both In-house and online!

Following the keynote conversation, participants had an opportunity - both in house and online - to go deeper in their understanding of a pathway to healing intergenerational heart wounds and finding strength and resilience within themselves.

Powerful Collective Meditation

The event concluded with a collective meditation experience to consolidate our learnings and enabled us to take energy home to help us to thrive in this chaotic world.
